Nothing could have been better.

During our romantic escape, we were delighted by the luxurious and stylish atmosphere of the hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious and tastefully decorated, providing us with a comfortable and cozy retreat. We were pleased to find that the hotel offered a complimentary bottle of champagne, adding a special touch to our celebration. Additionally, the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area, including nearby restaurants and attractions.

While our overall experience at the hotel was enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. The service at the reception desk was efficient but lacked warmth and friendliness.

We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a suite, which had a separate bedroom and a breathtaking bathroom. The luxurious amenities and comfortable bed made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the central location of the hotel was a major advantage, as it was conveniently close to popular tourist attractions and a variety of restaurants. we had a wonderful experience and felt pampered throughout our stay.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. The lack of natural light made the room feel dark and less inviting.

Superb location, elegant classic décor, excellent breakfast in beautiful room, top-notch gym and spa, comfortable and elegant rooms.

I had a great Xmas at this hotel! The breakfast was amazing with delicious options and live cooking stations. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and access to the spa which was a huge perk. Additionally, the hotel was located in the heart of the city which made it easy to go out and explore.

The maintenance of the hotel could have been better. The room was a bit outdated with old carpets and a shabby bathroom.

A Warm Welcome and Smooth Check-in Procedure

We had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Trondheim. The receptionists greeted us warmly with big smiles and the check-in process was quick and seamless. They even resolved a small confusion about the elevators efficiently. The room was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, including comfortable beds. The only downside was the unexpected heatwave, making the room quite warm without proper cooling. However, given that Norway rarely experiences such temperatures, it was an extreme exception.

We were pleasantly surprised by the charming atmosphere of Britannia Hotel. The check-in process was smooth and the receptionists greeted us with warm smiles. Despite the hot weather, our clean and well-equipped room provided a comfortable stay. The standout feature was the amazing breakfast, exceeding our expectations with a wide variety of delicious food. The hotel's central location was also a plus, offering convenience without compromising our sleep quality. we highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Excellent customer service

My check-in at Britannia Hotel was a breeze, even though I arrived early. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed about the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. They even made sure I had take-away breakfast when I had to leave early. The level of service was exceptional, making my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for their fantastic customer service.

We loved this hotel! Clean rooms, fantastic facilities, great location in the city center and close to the train station. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
